Questions Before You Ask the Questions.
Here’s how the service works, what you can send, and where the limits are.
What can I send you?
Plans, contractor proposals, estimates, scopes, change orders, invoices, inspection items, photographs, schedules, and relevant contractor communications. The service description tells you the file/page limits for each package.
Are you my contractor?
No. The Construction Advice Co. provides independent construction consulting. I am not bidding your work or replacing the contractor responsible for performing it.
Is this an inspection or engineering opinion?
No. Site observations and document reviews are advisory and based on the information available. They do not replace required inspections, engineering, architecture, code review, or legal advice.
How fast will I get a response?
Free questions and Quick Second Opinions are designed for fast turnaround, but exact delivery depends on workload and complexity. Urgent or same-day work may require a custom quote.
Can you help if my project is already in trouble?
Yes. The Project Rescue Review is designed for active projects dealing with delays, change orders, payment disputes, contractor communication problems, or uncertainty about what to do next.
Do you work outside Florida?
Remote consulting may be available outside Florida for general construction guidance and document review. Local code, licensing, legal, and inspection requirements should always be confirmed by the appropriate local professional.
